Job Description:

  • Will be diagnosing and resolving a wide range of Windows and applications problems to help minimize downtime.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of Terminal Servers.
  • Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customization.
  • Responsible for Answering/Troubleshooting on technical queries and dealing in the US.
  • Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of Application/Server issues on Windows Servers on our Cloud.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and perform quality work on all services requests
  • Managing user accounts on Servers/ Active Directory

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Technical Support.
  • Strong experience of Windows Server, Cloud Technology and Virtualization.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Desired Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent to handle US clients.

Educational Qualifications:

  • B.tech with good academic scores.

Job Description:

We are looking for passionate individuals to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. As a VoIP Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for all the customers when they need any assistance with our Internet Telephony or IP Telephony Services. You will be responsible for responding to their issues and complaints within the specified TAT and providing splendid customer service in a friendly and courteous manner. The ideal candidate will have a good command over English language, thinks on the go with an ability to communicate fluently.

  • Taking ownership of the complaints, requests raised by the clients through chats, calls and emails
  • Responsible for resolving the issues raised by the clients within the turnaround time and escalating it to relevant teams when required
  • Ensuring proper documentation of the issue and resolution
  • Ensuring that all Company Policies and Procedures are followed while communicating with the customers
  • Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the settings in the product or services as per their needs
  • Liaising with existing clients, deliver strong after-sales support and technical back up thereby enhancing customer experience
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize client’s satisfaction
  • Maintaining relationship with all existing clients. Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in similar field (Freshers also welcome)
  • Should be comfortable with night shifts and rotational weekly offs
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Should be a quick learner
  • Having prior knowledge of Networking and/or VoIP is a plus

Educational Qualifications:

  • B.Tech. or BCA
  • Good academic records
