Since then, we haven’t looked back, and today, in 2019, we are thriving as an independent business entity with a large customer base spread across India.

Profile Description:
IT sales team relies heavily on relationship building and consultative selling. The stakes are high, selling cycle can be long and decision making may involve multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a good command over English language – both verbal and written, thinks on the go with an ability to communicate fluently. The job profile involves technology sales and is NOT a cold calling/field job profile.

Job Description:

  • Developing Enterprise business for India.
  • Managing P&L for the Enterprise business.
  • Organize and monitor effort to acquire new customers and Vendor Partners.
  • Handling the client relationship.
  • Handle price negotiations, RFQ’s & Client escalations.
  • Ensure Payments are collected on time as per client agreement.
  • Identify leads and propose managed services and/or other products and services to meet those needs as per customer requirement.
  • Direct sales development through a combination of phone calls, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence
  • Develop and negotiate customer specific contractual agreements to contractual closure.
  • Drive revenue growth and bring in new business from prospective and current customers.
  • Develop appropriate financial analytics that represent customer ROI.
  • Excellent communication / negotiating / closing skills with customers / prospective customers, strong organizational.

Qualification:

  • Graduation – B.Tech , MBA or any Science graduate preferred .

Job Description:

  • Well versed with company’s technical product features to demonstrate excellent technical sales pitch.
  • Demonstrates sales by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending best solutions with strong focus on product’s unique selling preposition.
  • Demonstrates the right customer behaviour defined by delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Passionate to achieve monthly/annual targets.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to clients’ maximize satisfaction.
  • Proactive in resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports.
  • Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required
  • Understand the competitors’ product and their USP to strategically place the company’s product in the mind of the customer.

  • Extensive understanding of UK market with respect to B2B sales.
  • Growing customer network in current and target communities for both corporate and private customers.
  • Providing guidance to local office representatives in progressing their business .
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers within the business and advising on the company’s products and services.
  • Recording accurately all customer interaction on CRM database.
  • Supporting other functions of the business in order to deliver results when required.
  • Validating and filtering the right prospects and calling them to gain appointments.
  • Seamlessly pass appointment with sales in the UK.
  • Ability to close small value deals on the phone.
  • Act on leads to convert them into potential customers, experience working in a strong target-oriented environment.
