Job Description:

  • Primarily responsible to establish and develop good relationships with prospective clients to make successful sales.
  • Rightly recommending best solutions with strong focus on product’s unique selling preposition to the client.
  • Responsible for demonstrating the right customer behaviour by delivering an excellent customer expe- rience.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to clients’ maximize satisfaction.
  • One has to proactively resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions and preparing reports.
  • Understand the competitors’ product and their USP to strategically place the company’s product in the mind of the customer.
  • Identify areas where company can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communi- cate those issues and possible solutions to management


  • Minimum 3-6 years sales experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of doing business to business sales specially for international market like: US/UK

  • Passionate about sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Competent to demonstrate excellent technical sales pitch.
  • Approach to learn about company’s technical product and its features.
  • Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask

Educational Qualifications:

  • B.tech/ science graduate with good academic scores.
