Description:

A Sales Engineer will prepare and deliver products &services to existing customers and prospective customers. She/he shall confer with customers and engineers to assess needs and to determine cloud system requirements. The position requires a high level of integrity, as you’ll likely be exposed to confidential and sensitive information. Are you willing to be a driving force in our company’s growth? We are looking for some ‘out-of-the-box-thinking’ supermen who have the hunger to grow the business no-matter-what-it-takes.
Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work with C-level executives and business owners to consult and deliver cloud solutions.
  • Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
  • Ensure that all documentation, record, compliance is maintained properly to avoid any loss of record/information
  • Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required
  • Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records
  • Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects

Skills & Attributes:

  • High Level Comm Skills, EXCELLENT verbal and written English
  • The person must have a flair to work sales.
  • Minimum Marks for eligibility during B. tech (and equivalent degree) – 65%, for 10th – (CBSE 80%, others – 70%) and12th or equivalent (70%)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to handle sales inquiries accurately within defined TAT
  • Responsible to do continuous follow-up with leads/clients
  • Responsible to handle client retention process under the guidance of TL/Manager
  • Ensure that all documentation, record, compliance are maintained properly to avoid any loss of record/information
  • Manage high volume of phone calls and provide response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards
  • Facilitate sales of all services according to company and client requirement
  • Coordinate with customers and avoid any discontinuation from his or her end
  • Assist customers with all knowledge on products and services and perform required repairs and prepare bills for same
