Content Marketing Manager

Job Description:

If you have the knack of influencing positivity with your content, we would love to have you in our team. We are looking for a brain that’s creative and, at the same time, data-driven decision maker. RTDS requires someone who can channelize and analyse the content of various sorts on the different online mediums (mostly) and offline mediums (sometimes).
Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the content strategy with the available resources and a predefined budget. We prefer target-oriented strategies to attract subscribers (on social media, emails, and other mediums), sales, etc.
  • Create free resources such as whitepapers, e-books each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics.
  • Blog on an ongoing basis in support of your other projects and to attract site visitors through search, social, and our email subscribers.
  • Grow our subscriber base by providing them regular and helpful content that’s in-tune with their needs.
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketing, sales, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both – key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Analytical approach to justify that your creative ideas are worth investing time and efforts.
  • Providing feedback to other contributors, and editing other writers’ content.
  • Conducting analytical projects to improve blog strategies/tactics.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Any Graduate degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Core experience of creating content for the web specific mediums, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of the HubSpot Content Optimization System to blog and Google Analytics and produce smart CTAs according to visitor lifecycle stage.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt style, tone, and voice of our business’ various types of content.
  • An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale blog marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.

SEO Head
Experience: At least 10 yr(s).

Job Description:

We are looking for a SEO Head who will own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies
  • Troubleshoot SEO problems & propose resolutions of SEO implementation issues on the website
  • Continually monitoring organic search rankings to increase traffic and sales
  • Reporting on the overall SEO health of our web properties and rolling up SEO reports in a meaningful way
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Manage email and social media marketing campaigns
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects
  • Build and manage an editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.

Skills & Attributes:

  • B. Tech/MBA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Professionals certified in SEO expertise will be preferred.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to support all decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software such as HubSpot to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
  • Proficiency in Google Webmaster, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEMRush, Moz, Mail Chimp, HubSpot, etc. and other marketing & SEO tools.
