- Responsible for getting leads from our current partners.
- Proper management of the leads in CRM.
- On-boarding of Startups.
- Responsible for managing healthy relation with the partners.
- Regular follow-up with the Startups and assist them in understanding companies significant use.
- Ensuring that the sales database is always up to date and accurate.
- Ensuring that proper procedures and practices are in place so that maximum efficiency is achieved.
- Building relations with the clients to ensure the best possible services should be delivered.
Skills & Attributes:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development/client relationship.
- Should be familiar with startup culture.
- Can understand the pain areas of early stage startups.
- Should be good in communication, Hindi/English.
- Should be startup enthusiastic.
- Capability to scale up the free accounts into paid one.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 60% through out in academics
- Reporting to – AM
- Salary – As per industry norms
- 5 days a week working
