“Success is a personal journey”… It’s important to find the principles and strategies that resonate with self and align with your values and goals.

2. How do you envision AWS progression in the year 2023?

AWS is global leader in Cloud Computing. Ace Cloud has created fastest impression of its existence in AWS Partner community. We became Advance Consulting partner in no time. We are aiming revenue of INR 10 Cr in 2023 and become profitable in same year.

Future expansion in AWS will be more on below services:

  3. AI & ML integration
  4. Data Analytics and Edge Compute
  5. Manged Services and Well-Architecture review

We are targeting USD 100 Million revenue in next three years.

3. How according to you AI is going to change our daily lives at office?

While AI offers many benefits, it’s important for organizations to carefully implement AI solutions, ensuring they align with company values, respect employee privacy, and enhance the overall work experience.

5. What according to you is missing in the Gen-Z as per business ethics, and how according to you they can acquire them?

“Gen Z” refers to a diverse group of young individuals with a wide range of characteristics and behaviours.

  1. Being young and not much exposed on complex business environment, they might benefit from gaining more real-world experience and exposure to ethical dilemmas commonly faced in the workplace. Engaging in internships, part-time jobs, volunteering and mentorship programs can provide valuable exposure.
  2. Gen Z has grown up in the digital and virtual age, exposure the real word is highly required with acceptability. Engage in workshops, seminars and courses that focus on effective communication skills, active listening and interpersonal dynamics will help to acquire missing skills.
  3. They are often associated with valuing individual expression and autonomy. While this is positive, in a business context, it’s crucial to also understand the importance of collaboration and teamwork for ethical decision-making. Participating in group projects, team activities and team-based problem-solving scenarios can help develop collaboration skills.
  4. They might need guidance in navigating grey areas and making ethical decisions in challenging situations. Case studies, simulations and discussions on ethical scenarios can help build critical thinking skills
  5. Gen Z lives in fast-paced world, the long-term consequences of decisions might not always be immediately apparent. Also their decisions may impact various stakeholders over time is crucial. Seeking guidance from experienced mentors or supervisors can provide insights into considering long-term implications.

Encouraging open dialogue about ethics and providing opportunities for ethical decision-making practice can also contribute to the growth of strong business ethics in Gen Z individuals.

Sales automation’s future is dynamic, with constant innovations reshaping the way businesses approach sales and customer engagement. However, while automation provides efficiency, human touch and expertise will remain essential for building trust, understanding complex needs, and creating meaningful connections with customers.

  1. AI and Predictive Analytics: Automation will increasingly incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) and predictive analytics to forecast customer behaviour, enabling more targeted sales strategies.
